Returns & Refunds policy
You will be eligible for replacement or returns with refund, only if the delivered product is having a defect or damage or if you find that the item delivered is not matching the specification mentioned in the product description.
In that case, you are entitled to either receive a proper product again or get a reimbursement.
For that, please remember to take an uncut and unedited video of opening the parcel. The video should cover the receiver's address clearly and then the opening of the parcel should be covered. The video must be sent to the following mail ID : sabariparamas@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
Please use the following subject line in the mail.
"Requesting Refund <ORDER NUMBER><REASON>" or
"Requesting Undamaged Product <ORDER NUMBER><REASON>"
We will check the video and reply whether your request is accepted or not, within 2 days of time. If your request is accepted, you should send us the damaged product to the address sent in the response mail. You can expect a new product within 10 days of your mail.
But if it is a monetary refund, you will receive your money in the next 30 days to the same account that you used for making payment.
We value your money and try to send you the best product in best condition.
